Alexandra has been nothing short of amazing ! She is so much more than a ‘teacher’ - she regularly goes above and beyond for students during her own time, consistently providing them with support and love so they can learn and thrive. She always brings so much loving and warm energy to the classroom and it is infectious! I am forever grateful for having been lucky enough to have her as a teacher as the time spent with her has been so rewarding both personally and academically.

I first began taking a Kundalini meditation class in approximately 2012 which was taught by Siri Hari. I had tried other meditation classes but didn’t find one that I really resonated until this one. I loved the mantras and the different mudras. Siri Hari was such a wonderful, gentle and enlightening teacher. Her classes were such a warm, safe place to be.

After a few terms, I mentioned how much I was enjoying these techniques and she suggested I join a class with a Kriya and described the technology as “life-changing”.
I was curious as to how a yoga practice could be considered life-changing so decided to join. Once again, I became very connected with this practice! I loved that the classes were always different and Siri Hari had such a lovely way of sharing the kriyas, meditations and teachings with us.

As I came to learn about the practice more, it was clear to me that she really embodied everything that this practice was about- kindness, compassion, acceptance and becoming more self-aware.

I loved attending these classes and it became a real personal growth process for me. She also encouraged me to complete teacher training which I did in 2016!

I will forever be grateful for the way Siri Hari encouraged me throughout the whole process and always had time to answer my many questions and was dedicated to helping others connect with the practice in every possible way.

I came to teacher training with a passion for yoga and hunger to know more about the practice. What I learned with Alexandra was more than I could have expected. Not only did I grow in my own personal practice, but I developed a deeper respect for this ancient practise and it’s heritage. I discovered the kind of teacher I wanted to be and not the one I thought I should be. The balance between the physical, spiritual and emotional was what really stood out for me. Alex ingrained how to be open in my teachings to a variety of situations. The teaching training helped me grow my confidence and a whole new relationship to yoga unfolded for me.
I would highly recommend teacher training with Alexandra to anyone who feels curious and called to taking the next step in their Yoga journey “

At the beginning of my yoga course I liked yoga but thanks to Alexandra’s teachings I generated a real love for the practice and it awoke many senses in me that I did not know I had. It is really a learning, a life change and a unique teaching. Alexandra is a wonderful person who shares her love and passion for yoga in a way that reaches all her students and spreads that love.
I am very grateful for Alexandra’s teachings and the change of life she makes in all her students.

As I told you once: I never imagined finding a teacher like you at this school. Thank you for showing us the most loving part of yoga. I love the way you teach yoga. Thank you for teaching us that yoga is much more than a posture. I love you (te amo), thank you (gracias).. .Siri Hari Kaur / Alexandra
