Time for Inner Assesment

For the past 2 weeks, the world has gone into a deep state of transformation. What was is no longer and all around we are called to stay indoors, to work from home and behave in ways we could have never dreamt of. We are given a choice which has always been the ultimate choice: To live in LOVE or in fear.

This is such an opportunity to choose love:

love for ourselves as we care for our bodies with daily exercise and healthy food,

love for our minds by reducing the amount of ‘noise’ we let in, by choosing to have moments of peace and silence,

love for our emotional body by practicing daily meditation, introspection and also by allowing ourselves to feel our feelings, to be curious instead of judgemental, by accepting ourselves in our totality, good and bad, complete self-acceptance,

love for our spirit by letting inspiration in, by allowing ourselves to connect with our loved ones, by letting ourselves be vulnerable and also by trusting that we are guided, sovereign and resilient.

We can find so many other ways to choose love every day, at every moment… for our family, friends and neighbours by staying in touch, for the vulnerable & the medical system by staying home, for our earth by meditating on it’s healing and making new choices on how to live more consciously.

As we approach the full moon this week, take some time to meditate or find a space for inner reflection and ultimately, inner peace.

This 3 part Kundalini Yoga meditation for Inner Assessment is short and powerful:

we can be the change we have been waiting for.

“See the infinite in all, see opportunity in all, see Grace in all. With that impact, walk your life very gracefully” Yogi Bhajan

BEFORE YOU START

Kundalini Yoga is sacred technology, before every Kundalini Yoga practice, please tune in with this powerful mantra:

ONG NAMO

GURU DEV NAMO

This invokes the blessings of the Creator, the Divine Teacher within each one of us. It links us with the entire line of spiritual teachers who have handed down this ancient wisdom from master to disciple through the ages called the Golden Chain of teachers. Chant or recite aloud 3 times.

TO END

To finish inhale deeply, suspend and exhale deeply. Then, please recite this mantra sending blessings to yourself and the world:

May the long time sun
Shine upon you
All love surround you
And the pure light
Within you
Guide your way on

and chant SAAAAAAAAAT NAM meaning -truth is my identity- 3 times

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness, please approach it with reverence and respect :)
