HOW DO THEY WORK

A woman’s moon center pattern is unique to her, her moon centers change every 2.5 days until they complete the 28 days cycle.

Every 2.5 days the woman moves to a new moon center and as the moon center changes so does her mood and outlook.

Ancient teachings tell us that the pattern each woman has is set at the moment of conception and it never changes throughout her lifetime! The moon centers pattern is not connected with the menstrual cycle.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THEM AND TRACK THEM

Taking the time to learn about your moon centers will essentially help you understand and accept yourself and your changing emotions.

You will come to see that some moon centers are stronger than others, and you will be able to assess if there is any moon center which you are not allowing yourself to experience due to trauma or belief systems.

Each moon center has it’s own energy and vibration, this vibration can be in balance or out of balance, it can be working in the positive or the negative, overactive or underactive!  

There is a particular energy and vibration that can be called forth for each particular moon center especially if it is weak or if it is being suppressed due to trauma.  

The beauty of having this inner knowledge of your moon centers is that you can strengthen their positive characteristics through subtle activities like breath and sound or more physical inputs like food and yoga! You can learn what activities to avoid to keep them balanced and giving you all the inspiration and energy you deserve.

Siri Hari Kaur was introduced to yoga at a young age and has studied & practiced yoga for over 30 years. She is infinitely grateful to Yogi Bhajan for the teachings of Kundalini Yoga which have transformed her life.

Siri Hari found Kundalini Yoga in Ecuador -her home country- in 2002. After her first class she knew she had to become a teacher and after her first experience at teacher training she knew she wanted to be a Teacher Trainer. Her passion and love for the teachings have matured over time, she has more than 16 years experience as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and is a Kundalini Yoga Professional Teacher Trainer with the Ajai Alai Awakening Team in Australia.

She has a joyful nature, her classes are uplifting and energetic. Her training also includes, Classical & Vinyasa Yoga, Prenatal & Children’s Yoga, Childbirth education, Transpersonal Counselling, Pranic Healing and Ayurveda. Her wish is to share these sacred teachings each day inside and outside the classroom, she believes we need to be the change we want to see in the world.

Siri Hari has delved deeply into Yogi Bhajan’s teachings for women, he is the creator and founder of Kundalini Moon Woman, sharing sacred Kundalini Yoga woman wisdom, she has also developed the Radiant Birth Pregnancy & Birth program which has helped hundreds of women experience harmonious and conscious births. The Radiant Pregnancy Teacher Training Program will be launched in 2020.

She has owned and operated 3 yoga studios, was a member of the board of the Kundalini Yoga Festival, Kundalini Yoga Collective and is a former president of KYTANZ the national Kundalini Yoga Association in Australia.
